Gobi/Cauliflower Keema

Spring Onion Nutritional values:

Low in Saturated Fat, Sodium, and Cholesterol.High in Dietary Fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin K, Folate, Calcium, Iron, Potassium, Manganese, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Magnesium, Phosphorus and Copper.
The nutritional value of spring onions makes them ideal for Weight loss & Maintaining optimum health.

This recipe serves 2 ,cooking time is 20 min.

Ingredients:
Gobi/Cauliflower - 2 cups(cut/divide them into very small pieces)
Onion -1 small
Spring Onion - 2tsp chopped
Green chili - 1
Tandoori masala powder -1/4 tsp
Garam masala - a pinch
Ginger garlic paste - 1/4tsp
Cilantro/coriander - 2tsp
Salt - according to taste
Red chili powder - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp

Turmeric - a pinch

Method:
1.Cut or divide the gobi into small pieces ,you can actually use your hand to seperate the florets into small pieces,it should look like keema when the curry is done . Cut onion,green chili,
2.Take a deep vessel/pan wash and boil gobi with salt for 8 min.(use very little water and don't throw the water can be used in a gravy curry if are making one)
3.Take a pan ,heat some oil and add jeera allow them to splutter.
4.Add chopped green chili,onion and saute them for 5 min.Add ginger garlic paste,spring onion and cook it until the raw smell of ginger goes away.
5.Add turmeric,red chili powder,garam masala,salt,tandoori masala and cook the masala for 2-3 min.
6.Add the Boiled gobi mix it with the masala and cook it for 10-15 mins in low flame.
7.Add chopped cilantro and the Gobi keema is ready to serve.
